The menu changes frequently, due to Peter’s love of experimenting with new ingredients, and to take into account the availability of the superb seasonal produce on offer in Queensland. A vegetable garden run on organic principles in Peter’s house next door ensures a constant supply of the freshest herbs and vegetables.
